The Kiwi vacuum assisted fetal delivery device is an integral unit designed for complete control without an assistant. The PalmPump provides a safe and effective vacuum system in the palm of your hand. The Kiwi system has been designed with two different style cups: The ProCup™ for normal low occiput anterior and outlet porcedures, and the OmniCup™ for low occiput posterior asynclitic and lateral fetal malpositions.

Kiwi OmniCup
 

The Kiwi OmniCup features a low profile and stem-free traction mechanism that make it possible to place the cup safely and correctly over the flexion point of the fetal head (3cm forward of posterior fontanelle).

The Kiwi ProCup is designed for use with low occiput anterior and outlet presentations. The soft flexible
cup expands and molds to the fetal head which safely increases cup contact area and vacuum hold.

The Kiwi Omnicup with Traction Force Indicator
 

The Kiwi with Traction Force Indicator is designed to measure the force exerted during traction. It allows
the operator to correlate tactile sensation of traction force with a visual scale, which is especially valuable
for training purposes.

OmniCup Versatility
  When the OmniCup is properly placed and traction is exerted in line with the pelvic axis, malpositions
of the fetal head can be corrected so that the optimal diameters present to the birth canal and
autorotation can occur naturally		  
 
PalmPump
  The PalmPump puts complete control in the hands of a single operator and frees up delivery room
personnel. The PalmPump's integral design provides a simple hand vacuum pump, thumb or finger activated
vacuum release valve, and an accurate vacuum indicator gauge all in an ergonomic handle.		  
 
     
Pelvic Fetal Model
 

The Clinical Innovations Pelvic Fetal Model was created by the makers of the Kiwi Vacuum Delivery System for
use in demonstration and educational purposes.
The model is designed specifically to provide an anatomically correct, three-dimensional training tool for
vacuum operators.

  It is ideal for teaching and learning the positions of the fetal head, the location of the flexion point (3 cm forward of posterior fontanel), and the placement and use of vacuum cups and forceps.
